Job Description

Ken Cialkowski Construction Services is currently seeking a Business Development Associate to work in Costco Stores located in Columbia & Owings Mills Maryland. As a BDA, you will be responsible for generating SunSetter Awning leads for us by providing Costco Members with information about SunSetter’s offerings and scheduling appointments for our Sales Professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties:

– Arrive on time and be present during allocated times and dates in assigned Costco Stores

– Collect and enter Member information accurately into CRM software

– Always maintain professionalism and proper etiquette while in store

– Schedule appointments based on customer needs and Sales Professional’s availability

Job Requirements

– Excellent communications skills

– Proficient in data entry and computer skills

– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism

Commission Structure:

$5.00 Per Appointment Made

$10.00 Per Appointment Shown

$10.00 Per Product Sold

Must be able to commute from your location to Costco Stores located in Columbia and Owings Mills, Maryland

Flexible work schedule -Monday – Friday, 3 days every week with the opportunity for more!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
