First Class Mechanical is looking for an HVAC Apprentice who’s ready to learn and put in the work. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Assist in Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems in residential or commercial settings.
Learn & Practice Safety Protocols: Acquire knowledge of safety procedures, regulations, and best practices in HVAC to ensure a secure working environment.
Basic Repairs & Tool Proficiency: Learn and apply knowledge of various HVAC tools and equipment. Support team members in diagnosing HVAC issues and contributing to effective solutions.
Strong Organization Skills: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly handled and stored.
Continuing Education: Attend training sessions and classes to enhance HVAC knowledge and skills. Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the HVAC profession.
Customer Service: Develop communication skills for interacting with customers professionally and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
Strong Teamwork Ability: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional service to clients. Uphold company values and standards while representing the company in a professional manner.
Job Requirements
– Strong interest in pursuing a career in HVAC.
– Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from experienced HVAC technicians.
– Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
– Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
– Physical capability to lift heavy objects (approx. 50 lbs) and work in various conditions.

Wages per hour: $15.00-$17.00/ Hour
