Full-Time/Part-Time Customer Service Position

Looking for a dedicated customer service representative to join our staff
Job Description
• Answering incoming phone calls in a polite, professional manner
• Greet Walk-in Customers
• Process Customer Orders/Sales
• Handle Customer Questions
• Help with various office duties.
• Maintain a relationship with our client base of 64 years.
Skills and experience required
• Customer Service and Support – Polite and Good Communication, Active listening, Product knowledge, Positive attitude
• Work well in a busy environment
• Competency in Microsoft Office -Particularly Excel and Word
• Proven ability to perform professionally with attention to detail, clarity, and accuracy
• Professional Phone Skills – Ability to take detailed messages, Speak Clearly, and articulate your words. Professional etiquette with a positive attitude.

Job Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) i.

Experience: 1–2+ years of customer service, call center, or receptionist experience is commonly requested.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and General computer skills. Commercial application of Facebook and Instagram helpful.

Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, empathy, patience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
