Job Description

Crew leader must be able to drive a company truck and trailer and manage a landscape crew on the job sites. Perform general landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming shrubs, and assisting crew members with string trimming, weeding, and mulching. Crew leader may be responsible for operating equipment. Employee may be required to perform basic shop maintenance on equipment such as sharpening blades, washing vehicles and equipment, assisting with oil changes, other shop maintenance as needed, and perform daily preventive maintenance checks to ensure proper operation of all equipment. Full-time, year-round work is available, as well as seasonal.

Job Requirements

Employee must have experience in landscaping, valid driver’s license, and must be able to pass DOT physical. Employee should be comfortable operating mowers and equipment. Must be able to operate a string trimmer and other basic hand tools, lift 50 lbs. or more, have transportation to and from work, a positive work ethic and attitude, and a willingness to learn.
