• Conduct in-home inspections (attics, crawlspaces, exterior, etc.)
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Build trust and close sales on the spot
• Work company leads + self-generated opportunities
• Manage pipeline and agreements using digital tools
• Exceed sales goals

Job Requirements

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable working in a hands-on, active environment. Our Inspectors safely perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Confidently using ladders within manufacturer safety guidelines
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Accessing tight or elevated spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops
• Moving with agility—climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and crawling when required
• Wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including occasional use of an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass pre-employee screening (background check, driving record check and Drug screening).
