Join our team as a Sweep Technician/Helper in Westminster, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking tehnician to join our growing team. No experience is required for the right candidate—we are willing to train motivated individuals.

Responsibilities:

Assist with chimney inspections, cleanings, and repairs
Set up and maintain job-site safety equipment
Carry tools and materials to and from work areas
Help keep company vehicles and equipment organized
Communicate professionally with customers
Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders and rooftops
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to pass a background check
Experience in construction, roofing, masonry, HVAC, or chimney services is a plus but not required

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds and safely work on ladders, rooftops, and elevated surfaces.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout the workday.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to pass a background check.
Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures and safe operation of tools, equipment, and materials.
Experience in construction, roofing, masonry, HVAC, chimney services, cleaning, or facility maintenance is preferred but not required. Paid training will be provided.
Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
