Bob Condon attains his “most gratifying job” with Carroll County Workforce Development’s help

“I was blessed to be introduced to BERC in a big way 18 months ago. Thanks to the outstanding people who worked with me there, I am now in the most gratifying job I have had in a 40 year career. Staff guided me, watched for opportunities for me (e.g. 5 Steps to Rapid Employment, paid computer training) and got me through one of the most challenging times in my life. BERC has proved that “the good life is a we thing, not a me thing.” There is more than enough genuine support and resources available to move anyone who is willing to do the work to gain full employment."
