About Us
As part of a triad with Carroll County Public Schools and Carroll Community College, Carroll County Workforce Development (under Carroll County Government) supports the instruction system aligned with Blueprint for Maryland’s Future Pillar 3 – Career & College Readiness (CCR) standards and post-CCR pathways including Career and Technical Education (CTE).
Pillar 3 transforms Maryland’s education, ensuring students graduate with the skills to be successful in work, education, and life. Career and college pathways allow students to build knowledge in subject matter areas to earn post-secondary credits or industry recognized credentials.
