A: A CCPS educator who helps students in grades 6-8 explore strengths, interests, and career pathways. This person is aligned with Blueprint for Maryland’s Future. Career Coaches provide one-on-one and small group career guidance, career assessments, and classroom activities, to align student goals with future career opportunities.
A: An educator who bridges education and the workforce by managing work-based learning, internships, and career counseling. Connects students to industry opportunities, supports career planning, and organizes events that build skills and explore career paths.
A: Carroll County Workforce Development (CCWD) experts strengthen school systems by providing support to Coaches, Coordinators, Counseling, and other CCPS staff. The team works together to expand industry-aligned Career and Technical Education (CTE), partnering with Carroll Community College through Blueprint initiatives, and building pathways to apprenticeships, internships, and real-world career experiences.
