 Answer phones and assist customers
 Emailing customers regarding scheduling
 Billing & invoicing completed jobs
 Charitable Giving and keeping record of contributions
 Order property records from county health departments
 Filing
 Ordering Office Equipment & Supplies
 Ordering Uniforms and keeping inventory
 Vista print ordering (marketing materials)

Job Requirements

• Experience in Quickbooks & Service Titan
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and change focus quickly throughout the day

Driver’s License, H.S. Diploma/GED, Light/No Lifting, Sedentary
