Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on professional to manage operations for a local Taneytown business. If you are a self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently, we want to hear from you.
Core Duties:

⦁ Manage Owner’s workflow, and daily priorities.
⦁ Write/edit reports, instructional docs, and professional correspondence.
⦁ Maintain QuickBooks records and organize filing systems.
⦁ Support Sales and Marketing projects as needed

Job Requirements

⦁ Advanced QuickBooksand MS Office experience.
⦁ Strong organizational skills and project “ownership” mindset.
⦁ Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a background check/drug screening.
⦁ Work is 100% on-site in Carroll County.
