Job Description

We are looking for a qualified CNC Machinist to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision parts. You will translate blueprint drawings into finished products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while adhering to safety protocols.

Company paid single health, dental and $50,000.00 life insurance for full time employees (30 + hours). Benefits effective the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. Employees at Medicare age would be exempt from company paid health insurance. Employee tax free payroll deductions for HSA contributions available. SIMPLE IRA plan. The company will provide a dollar for dollar match for employee contributions up to 3% of their salary. The percentage may change but cannot go below 1%. For full time employees once you have been employed for a year. Full-time employees receive 40 hours vacation acquired on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. 80 hours after two years, 120 hours after 5 years and 160 hours after 15 years. 1 hour of Sick time for every 30 hours employee works. This starts after 60 days of employment and has a cap of 40 hours per year. If you have been with the company for 10 or more years the cap is increased to 60 hours per year. Sick time can be rolled over. Paid holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. You must work the day before and day after a holiday to receive it paid. Scheduled time off is the exception.
