Job Description

Ken Cialkowski Construction Services is looking for Construction Laborers to fill immediate openings. Our main focus in the summer is Awnings, but we also specialize in Kitchens, Bathrooms and Decks. Applicants must have experience in related fields. The ideal candidate will have his or her own truck and tools and be willing to travel within a 30-mile radius. For the right applicant, we will consider a promotion to Lead Carpenter/Foreman in 6 – 8 months. We offer performance-based advancement and a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Will be asked to assist with framing, running trim, hanging doors, windows and cabinets, painting, tile setting and other duties as required

– The ability to read, understand, and follow project blueprints

– Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing work

– Maintain a clean and organized job site

– Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with clients

Job Requirements

– Extensive experience with hand tools and equipment

– Must own basic set of hand tools

– Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

– Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

– You must be dependable, reliable, and have strong work ethic.
