Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Aspire Construction. The ideal candidates will have experience in various aspects of residential and/or commercial renovation projects, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and tiling. The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Hourly wage is based on verified skills and proven experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general renovation tasks such as demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing.
• Install and repair flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and other interior finishes.
• Paint and apply surface finishes to interior and exterior spaces.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
Skills
• Proficiency in using hand tools for various construction tasks.
• Carpentry or cabinetry expertise
• Tiling and flooring installation experience
• Drywall and finishing experience
• Painting experience

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour based on proven skill level

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven experience in home renovation or construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and safety practices preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic math skills and ability to take accurate measurements.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as project demands require.
