Job Description

Ken Cialkowski Construction Services is currently seeking a skilled and experienced on-site Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and construction site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes.

Job Requirements

Duties

Working with the Owner to manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and final delivery.
Overseeing work on-site as it is being completed on a daily basis and coordinating with laborers and assigning daily tasks.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction activities effectively.
Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow on the construction site.
Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process promptly.
Assisting with various hands-on tasks that may include framing, running trim, hanging doors, windows and cabinets, painting, and tile setting.

Experience

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is essential.
Demonstrated ability in project scheduling and time management techniques.
Experience in reading blueprints and understanding technical drawings is required.
Previous experience working on various types of construction sites.
Past experience with framing, running trim, hanging doors, windows and cabinets, painting, and tile setting.
