Job Description

Ken Cialkowski Construction Services, LLC is seeking a MHIC Licensed, motivated, and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. We are a full-service contractor specializing in deck building, interior and exterior remodeling, additions, and shade solutions. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and able to speak intelligently about the previously mentioned specialties. This role requires a strong understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with clients effectively.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Preparing and providing clients with project estimates via QuickBooks.
Preparing detailed contract documents once the client has accepted the estimate.
Manage assigned territory to maximize sales potential and market penetration.
Implement upselling strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the realm of construction or home improvement.
Strong account management skills with a focus on client relationship building.
Experience in business development and territory management is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Base Salary determined by experience with generous, uncapped commission
