Job Description

Restoration 1 of Central Maryland is dedicated to helping homeowners and property managers overcome the fear, frustrations, and inconveniences caused by water, fire, mold, and occasionally sewage damage. Through our emergency services our certified technicians quickly and thoroughly assess damage while maintaining focus on safety, economic and emotional needs for our customers. We specialize it the attempt of restoration and if that is not possible, we assist in the least invasive demolition. We are seeking candidates that show a strong desire to helping those in need, are committed to doing the right thing, and willing to make the company the best it can be.

Job Requirements

*Commitment to remain available for duty at all times while on call (rotates every few weeks)
*IICRC certifications preferred, however a willingness to obtain certification (fees and costs covered) if fine
*Customer service mindset with a true desire to help others
*Eager to learn new skills
*Ability to maintain respectfulness and patience even in times of conflict
*Ability to assign tasks and manage groups of 3 or more people
*lead restoration of water, fire, smoke, or mold damage
*maintaining of equipment, inventory, assigned vehicles,

Driver’s License, H.S. Diploma/GED, Heavy Lifting, Medium Lifting

Wages per hour: $15-$20 per hour
