In this hands-on role, you’ll:

Build Your Credentials: We’ll support you in earning your CDL Class A license within your first year (Equipment Operator I level).

Grow Your Career: Already licensed? Start as an Equipment Operator II with higher pay and added responsibilities…operate dump trucks, backhoes, loaders, bobcats, snowplows, mowers, and more!

Job Requirements

Pay & Requirements:

Equipment Operator I: $17.76/hr – no CDL required at hire; must obtain Class A CDL within one year.

Equipment Operator II: $21.11/hr – CDL Class A + Sedimentation and Erosion Control Certification required.

Must have or be able to obtain a valid Class A restricted CDL driver’s license with tank vehicle and air brake endorsements.
