Job Description

The Janitorial Laborer plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for all staff and visitors. Under the direction of the Janitorial Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility, including restrooms, offices, common areas, and outdoor spaces. The Janitorial Laborer ensures that all areas meet health and safety standards and supports the overall efficiency and appearance of the workplace.

Job Requirements

Excellent with janitorial cleaning products and OSHA standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage time efficiently.

Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial duties.

Performing General Physical Activities — Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.

Handling and Moving Objects — Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.

Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material — Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.

Should have basic technological experience at a minimum.
