NaturaLawn of America needs a full-time Lawn care & Flea/Tick and Mosquito technician to complete treatments.

The basic function of the position is to proficiently service the customer’s property and work to bring customer satisfaction. This involves interaction with customers via some phone work and face to face with customer questions/concerns.

Technician Responsibilities:

Follow a daily route schedule to ensure timely arrival to each customer
Operate a company vehicle & equipment professionally/safely including washing it & checking fluid levels, tires, etc,
Be organized and able to perform basic math and to mix control materials and complete company paperwork/report(s).
Look and pursue sales opportunities
Create a great rapport with customers and help them understand the services provided
Follow company standards in applying control materials, follow safety procedures and handle daily tasks
Actively participate in company training and meetings

Job Requirements

Valid Driver’s license
Walking, standing, bending, reaching, and twisting.
Able to lift 50 – 75 pounds.
Repetitive use of hands.
Other duties as assigned.
Adhere to/follow NaturaLawn of America’s safety procedures
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
Capable of carrying a 60 lb. backpack blower while walking a customer’s property

Wages per hour: $17 – $18
