Job Description
This position works closely with the warehouse, planning, and production to ensure material flow to production cells. This position is responsible for material issuance from the line feeding area to production cells, and to proactively identify and troubleshoot material discrepancies. This position is responsible for maintaining the line feeding area according to the company’s 5S and KPS principles.
Essential Functions
Check/sort/prepare production picks from the warehouse.
Interact and work with the warehouse, planning and production teams to troubleshoot material discrepancies.
Release material requirements to the warehouse (production picks).
Investigate material issues in SAP and complete SAP transactions.
5S, KPS and continuous improvement efforts for line feeding and company material processes.
Participate in segment morning meetings to facilitate production activities.
Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with company’s rules and policies.
Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules, guidelines and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.
Must understand and comply with applicable standards. ( i.e.: ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22163, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and CMMI).
Maintain and safeguard business records
Technical Competencies
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word (data entry and report writing)
Problem Solving and Decision Making (in making job decisions, the incumbent is guided by policy, routine and procedures)

High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
3-5 Years Relevant Experience
Work Environment
Sitting, standing, walking, crouching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, etc.
Maximum lifting/carrying: 50 lbs.
