Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented Mechanical Assemblers to join our production team. You will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and sub-systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for precision assembly.

• Assemble mechanical parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, work instructions, and BOMs.
• Ensure proper fit, alignment, and functional testing of assembled components.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve assembly issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and rework as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Participate in process improvement.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus).
• Proficiency with hand tools, torque tools, calipers, and measurement devices.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks while standing.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status (for ITAR compliance, if applicable).
