Job Description

Seeking passionate SUPPORT STAFF to provide one-on-one support to an young man
with a developmental disability to ensure he has the support he needs to live and learn
as independently as possible in his community and home. This position provides
person-centered support in social skills, health and wellness, self-care, self-advocacy,
functional academics, and community access skills.
You will assist the person with:
• Maximizing independence by teaching various life and vocational skills
• Explore and encourage enjoyment of social and recreational activities
• Engaging in meaningful activities throughout the day
• Providing personal assistance as necessary, including assistance with personal
hygiene

Job Requirements

•Must be 18 years or older.
•Minimum High School Diploma/ G.E.D.
•Must pass criminal background.
•Valid Driver’s License
