We are currently seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction estimating and project management, with room for career growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Estimators, Project Managers, and our Billing Department in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
Support the preparation of RFPs, submittals, and bid proposals.
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing information and develop strong industry relationships.
Manage and organize project plan documents; distribute plans and updates to field crews.
Serve as a liaison between field teams and the estimating department to ensure project information is accurately shared.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with excellent attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, and twist as needed.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
