Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE)

The Maryland Workforce Exchange is a “virtual” one-stop network for businesses to manage their workforce needs. The site is designed to help your company take charge of its hiring needs and it is free of charge. If a company has its own website to help in the recruitment process, MWE has additional services that will help.

With MWE, businesses:

  • Manage the entire hiring process online at no cost
  • Gain maximum exposure for job openings
  • Search the job seeker pool for potential candidates and track those that qualify and apply
  • Create and maintain multiple job offerings
  • Find and sign up for business seminars
  • Access local economic and labor force data
