Carroll Community College Business Training & Services Division includes the Miller Center for Small Business and offers training, counseling, referrals, conferences, and events for small and large businesses. Trainers are business and subject matter experts and training is offered at your place of business, at the college’s Hikel Business Training Center, or even online.

Carroll County Business/Employment Resource Center is part of the American Job Center Network which offers business and job seeker services to build the local economy. Recruitment, training, and reemployment services are provided.
