Job Description
Custom Gear:
Assist the Director of Custom Gear Operations
Maintain Trello (CRM) Organization
Custom Gear Order pick ups and drop-offs to our Print Houses
Quality and Control process in HQ for incoming orders
Shipping & receiving for CG orders
Customer Relations / Customer Service
Verify Shipping addresses with clients
Provide clients with tracking numbers
Custom Gear Inquiry Follow Up
Headquarters & Warehouse:
Assist with shipping & receiving
Assist with inventory & current audit processes
E-Commerce – Order fulfillments
E-Commerce – Customer Service
Job Requirements
