The cement plant in Union Bridge, MD is looking for someone who is hardworking and dedicated to becoming part of the team. This position will be responsible for general laborer tasks with the potential for advancement into other positions within the organization.

• General Housekeeping duties throughout the plant
• Material Handling for plant operations
• Operate equipment to carry out housekeeping and material handling duties
• Various duties as assigned
• Required to work safely at all times
• Complete all assigned work in compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements, including safety programs administered at a State or Local level were allowed by the Department of Labor.

This position will be based at Union Bridge, MD.

Job Requirements

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR A LABORER ROLE:
• Previous manufacturing, mechanical, and/or mobile equipment operation skills a plus
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact as a team member.
• Must be willing to work any and all shifts
• Dependable and hard working
• Able to identify opportunities to increase their skills
• Detail oriented and high degree of self-motivation.
