Job Description

Administrative assistant and office support for an active litigation practice limited to personal injury cases and workers compensation claims. Prior legal experience is helpful, but not absolutely necessary as we will train in-house. The job will involve working with multiple attorneys, as well as personal contact with clients, medical offices, insurance companies and other law firms.

Will consider full and part-time work, with flexible hours. The job will require in-person attendance at our Westminster law office.

Job Requirements

Excellent time management and organization required. Must be able to prioritize a variety of different types of work and assignments and work as part of a team. Computer proficiency, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, is essential.
