Job Description

Assist the Custom Gear Director
Maintain Trello (CRM) Organization
Moving cards in relation to jobs getting moved at print houses and shipments
Quality checks
Custom Gear Order pick ups and drop-offs to our Print Houses
Organizing and Maintaining a schedule with Print House
Quality and Control process in HQ for incoming orders
Shipping & Receiving for CG orders
Organizing financials within custom gear (shipping, duties and taxes)
Customer Relations / Customer Service
Verify Shipping addresses with clients
Provide clients with tracking numbers
Custom Gear Inquiry Follow Up

Job Requirements
