Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION
Scanning Specialist has primary responsibility to digitize employee files for the Association. This involves scanning documents and filing electronic documents to build complete files. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and timeliness to build accurate and complete files.

Scanning Duties
• Organize paper files in preparation for scanning.
• Preform file retention to only scan pertinent information
• Scans loan documents to build complete electronic files
• Proficiently navigates digital files, scanning software, and employee files
• Organizes and files documents in ScanDox & Docuphase
• Independently ensures timely and accurate filing of all documents
• Ensures accuracy of all scanning files in software and is able to complete tasks with minimal supervision

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School Diploma.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive work timely and without error.
• Ability to work independently with little direction.
• Ability to provide consistent, quality work.
• Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work during branch hours of operation (typically Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
