Job Description

Full-time, year-round laborer position providing grounds maintenance (mowing, landscaping, snow removal) on a large campus. Looking for a motivated team member. Experience is preferred but not required. Start date on or before 2/6/23. Job will require working in extreme weather conditions including snow work. Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen, and able to pass a background check/drug screening. Competitive pay, full benefits, and paid holidays.

Reports To: VP of Operations
Status: Non-Exempt Full-Time

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Work by mowing, edging, and maintaining lawns
Conduct weeding and mulching landscape beds
Make sure hedges, shrubs, and small trees are trimmed.
Landscaping duties include removing dead, damaged, or unwanted trees, plant trees, flowers, and shrubs.
Ensure lawns, landscapes, and gardens are watered
Snow Removal services including shoveling.
Assist crew leader in all grounds tasks and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Licenses/Training:
State Driver License

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
