22.5 hours per week

Location: Library Administrative Building in New Windsor, MD

Job summary:
Performs a variety of duties in the operation of the Materials Management department by ordering and tracking all materials purchased; acting as the point person assisting the Finance department when resolving invoicing discrepancies; ensuring bibliographic accuracy of on order items in the Integrated Library System; managing materials orders for a variety of library events, programs, and grants; performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent; and,
2. 2 years job-related experience.
