Apartment complex for low-income senior citizens in Westminster, MD seeking an experienced Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS). Qualified candidate should be professional, polite, attentive to detail and possess excellent organizational and communication & math skills to ensure compliance for daily housing operations. Applicant must be a customer service orientated team player that can work independently and as part of a management team.
