Job Description
Job Summary:
Ensures all services are delivered in accordance with the mission and SPIRIT values of The Partnership.
Under minimal supervision and according to general directions, provides varied clerical and administrative support to the Executive Director, Board and staff of The Partnership. Composes and prepares complex correspondence, gathers and interprets information to develop complex reports, maintains departmental electronic and paper files, monitors departmental budgets and provides exemplary service to internal and external customers. Other duties include processing and archiving invoices, scheduling meetings, screening phone calls and mail, and managing both payroll and the organization’s database.
Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma required. Associates Degree or better preferred.
Experience: 2 or more years’ experience required, executive support role experience preferred
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel or other spreadsheets required.
Working Conditions: Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and the like. Must be able to stand or sit for multiple hours at a time.
Please note: As a condition of employment, if not already completed, all new hires are required to receive the first dose of the COVID-19 Vaccination Series prior to their Occupational Health pre-employment assessment, and scheduled to complete the Vaccine Series within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
