Marketing Manager

A small holding company is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to develop and implement marketing plans for our portfolio companies. We are looking for someone with broad experience who can build a marketing function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will work closely with to develop basic Marketing competencies with each of the companies. This position offers the flexibility and freedom to take risks and is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to step back from the stress of a corporate Marketing department or consulting firm. This position is results oriented role and is best filled by a person who is independent, assertive, and metric/goal driven. Located in New Freedom, PA.

Typical projects will include:
• Website design & SEO
• Lead generation
• Scripting and target lists for salesmen
• Sales collateral
• Supplier marketing to increase pool of suppliers
• Internet marketing
• Advertising (customers, suppliers, employees) & tradeshows
• Market analysis, new markets, new investments
