Job Description

Full-time, Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Small office front desk office assistant, answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, processing paperwork, filing, copying, faxing, composing letters, processing incoming and outgoing mail, computer entry, keeping client database and daily work log updated. Working with confidential information.

Job Requirements

High School diploma required.
Administrative/Office experience preferred.
Computer skills, proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel spreadsheets, limited Access.
Background check and fingerprinting (required by law).
Discreet with confidential client information.
Attention to detail with proficient accuracy, good spelling and communication skills.
Friendly, working well independently or with team.
