Job Description

Rhymes & Reasons Childcare Center is seeking a qualified and highly motivated teachers to join our amazing team. The perfect candidate for the position will be creative, innovative, and have a passion for creating a safe space to nurture our little friends developing minds. The candidate must be able to use our curriculum to build their lesson plans including projects and group activities. Candidates must be available to work Monday- Friday during operations hours.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have the following qualifications:
• 90 hours of approved early childhood coursework
• 1 year of experience working with: infants/toddlers/Pre-K 4
• 90 Hours Certification or CDA (Required)/45 Hours Infant Toddler Certification (Required)
• Strong communication skills and easily build professional relationships with parents
• Engaging, dynamic, and passionate about early learning & child development
• Value an environment of authenticity, accountability, and integrity
• Takes initiative, find excitement in everyday challenges, and are solution driven
• Understand that every child learns differently and can adapt
• Work well as a member of a collaborative team focused on positive outcomes
• Ability to commute/relocate: Sykesville, MD 21784: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
