Job Description

The Behavior Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction strategies based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism in a clinical-based setting. The Behavior Technician will collect data on programs, and assist the Behavior Analyst with clinical data and assessments as needed.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma. Valid Maryland driver’s license required. Background Check and Drug Screening required.

Preferred: Experience working with children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Must be able to obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification within 90 days of employment.

Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.
