Kinetic Potential seeks a self-directed IT apprentice with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The apprentice will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with KP’s tech team and with senior leadership..
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Desktop phone rollout
a. Exchange old phone for new phone in each office
b. Configure phone preferences
2. Laptop Rollout
a. Imaging devices
b. Add each device to domain
c. Configure user profiles
d. Install software
e. Physical office setup
f. Remove desktop personal computer, add docking stations
3. Support the tech team in maintaining software, and other systems.
4. Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
5. Organize and maintain IT resources
6. Lend IT support in areas such as our CRM, LMS platform and data center management

Job Requirements

Requirements
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JQuery, Java Script, PHP, MySQL
• Ability to understand & learn agile methodology of development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

H.S. Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s Degree
