Silverado Mechanical Services located in Hampstead, MD is a Linc Service provider offering preventative HVAC service and energy solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. Our goal is to make buildings more efficient, safe and sustainable. We are looking for a service technician to join our team! Our technicians perform HVAC diagnostics, repairs, replacements and preventative maintenance services. Our technicians are the public face of our company providing a professional and courteous customer experience.

Job Requirements

*Survey and Analyze Existing Equipment for Replacement or Repair.
*Ability to Build Long-Term Customer Relationships
*Work with the Team; Mentoring & Exhibiting Leadership Skills
*Install Replacement Equipment and Parts per Manufacturers Specifications to Honor Warranties
*Complete HVAC Preventative Maintenance in Accordance with Established Standards
*Troubleshoot, Analyze and Repair HVAC Malfunctions in Accordance with EPA Established Standards
*Follow Maintenance Schedule to Complete accurate and timely equipment maintenance and operating logs.
*Complete Documentation, including but not limited to, timesheets, expense reports, service reports and purchase card logs.
*Conduct General tasks, including but not limited to, safety training, group meetings, tool and vehicle maintenance (if applicable)
*On Call Rotation Required
