Job Description
The Storefront Coordinator supervises and coordinates the daily operations of assigned store front(s). Oversees and directs the work of sales associates to implement sales, customer service, and merchandise goals and maintain shop upkeep to the standards set by the Fund Adviser(s).
• Create and maintain efficient store schedule and staffing levels.
• Coordinate and develop weekly training meetings for:
o Point of Sale Programs
o Product Placement & Promotions
o Customer Service
o Store policies and procedures
o Upcoming events and projects
o Employee opportunities
• Maintain clean and presentable store front.
• Maintain office and cleaning supply inventory levels for store operations.
• Oversee cash drops and provide change to registers.
• Hire and orient professional, outgoing, and team-centered staff with HR Coordinator
• Discipline and terminate staff as directed by the HR Coordinator.
• Design and implement sales programs based on holidays and seasonal trends.
Additional duties may include but are not limited to:
• Inventory (annual event)
• Participating in mall events as assigned
• Administrative and production duties as assigned by the Fund Adviser(s).
Job Requirements
Associate degree in Retail Relevant Major, but 5 years of retail and supervisory experience is equivalent.
18+ years of age.
Proactive planning and organizational skills
Leadership empowerment and modeling skills
Interpersonal communication & customer service skills
Strong sales abilities
Ability to operate basic business software programs (MS Office, POS software, Google)
Other Job Requirements
Driver’s License, AA Degree, Bondable, Medium Lifting, Background Check
Wages per hour: 16.50 to 20.00/hour
