Job Description

Immediate opening for full-time or part time Paralegal/Administrative Assistant for busy law office in Reisterstown, MD.
Must have a professional demeanor, excellent phone manner, and strong communication skills. Successful candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized and mature.
Position supports a variety of administrative functions:
• Files, copies, and performs other general office duties.
• Answers phones, deals with clients, opposing parties and court clerks.
• Organizes and administers mail, email and faxed correspondence.
• Processes/tracks payments.
• Handles multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Knowledge of the Court system is a plus.
Position is hourly with merit increases for strong performance; position also provides opportunity for growth and advancement.
