Job Description

The position of Service Technician is responsible for all the plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting at the community. Performs repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of property both interior and exterior. At least one-year related experience required. Must have outstanding customer service skills.

Job Requirements

Driver’s License required. Any certifications are a plus.
