Job Description

Seeking SUPPORT STAFF to provide one-on-one support to an adult male with a developmental disability to ensure he has the support he needs to live and learn as independently as possible in his community and home.
This position provides person-centered support in social skills, health and wellness, self-care, self-advocacy, functional academics, and community access skills. You will assist the person with:
• Maximizing independence by teaching various life, vocational, social, and recreational skills
• Engaging in meaningful activities throughout the day
• Assisting to participate in independent living activities
• Providing personal assistance as necessary, including assistance with personal hygiene

Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Minimum High School Diploma/ G.E.D.
Must pass criminal background.
Valid Driver’s License.
Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
