Job Description

Ward-Boland Associates is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Assistant to aid office operations and support the Inside Sales Manager and Service Coordinator. The Inside Sales Assistant will be based out of our Owings Mills, MD office and will report to the Inside Sales Manager.

The Inside Sales Assistant will support the Inside Sales Team with a variety of tasks, including preparation of estimating and service quotes, and developing knowledge of all programs used by our manufacturers.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task and manage the successful execution of multiple concurrent projects.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
Must be prompt and reliable.

Driver’s License, H.S. Diploma/GED

Wages per hour: $22.00 Hour
