Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales and interested in assisting with growing a commercial book of business for an independent insurance agency? We are seeking a talented commercial insurance sales producer to join our team and drive business growth through effective client engagement and relationship building.

Position: Commercial Insurance Sales Producer
Location: Taneytown, Maryland
Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
· Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
· Constative Selling: Understand the unique insurance needs of businesses across various industries. Provide expert guidance to clients, offering tailored insurance solutions that address specific risks and requirements.
· Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor by staying informed about industry trends, regulations and changes that may impact clients.
· Policy Analysis: Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage. Recommend adjustments or additional products to meet evolving business needs.
· Market Research: Stay informed about market conditions, competitors, and emerging trends in commercial insurance. Use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Results-driven and self-motivated.
· Insurance licensing can be obtained within the first 1-2 months of hire.
