Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction and Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing with a focus on construction projects as well as residential service. As a First Class Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various construction and residential settings, ensuring adherence to building codes and project specifications.
**Responsibilities**
– Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in new construction projects.
– Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
– Collaborate with contractors and construction team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
– Select and install appropriate plumbing materials and fixtures according to project requirements.
– Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems, providing proactive solutions.
– Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites.
– Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Job Requirements

**Requirements**
– Construction Plumbing Experience (~2 years)
– Service Plumbing Experience (~2 years)
– Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and techniques.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Valid plumbing license (preferred).
– Valid drivers license.
– Physical ability to perform tasks in a construction environment.
– Must be able to perform extensive standing, driving, walking, and climbing; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to manipulate up to 100lbs. with assistance, to transport and stock assigned supplies and materials; to pick-up from vendors and deliver stock and materials to customers upon request, to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb to reach materials (must be able to climb a step ladder at approximately three feet in height and to work from a lift up to twenty feet in height).
