Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and Repair:

Inspect and diagnose issues related to exterior projects, including roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors.

Perform necessary repairs or replacements efficiently and accurately.

Ensure all work complies with company standards and industry regulations.

Installation and Maintenance:

Assist in the installation of new exterior projects, including but not limited to roofs, siding, gutters, windows, and doors.

Conduct routine maintenance to ensure longevity and functionality of exterior structures.

Provide preventative maintenance services to help customers avoid future issues.

Customer Service:

Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of their issues and the steps needed for repair.

Provide estimates and timelines for repair and installation projects.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Documentation and Reporting:

Complete service reports detailing work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and potential improvements in service processes.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Stay updated with the latest industry standards, codes, and best practices.

Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working condition and used properly.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in exterior projects such as roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).

Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Capable of standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods.

Must have tools to perform the job.
