Job Description

As a Bookkeeper with Assured Services Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting transactions. Your role will include reconciling and balancing accounts on a regular basis to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting transactions.
• Reconcile and balance accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Process payroll, ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of wages.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
